How did Iran respond to the assault on the hospital in Soroka, Israel?

Iran's state television reports that the hospital was not the target of Iran's missile attack this morning. Iran claims its target was a military installation near the Soroka hospital in Beersheba. According to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), the attack targeted the Israeli army's command center and an army intelligence unit at the Ga-Yam Technology Park. "The hospital was just exposed to the explosion wave and sustained no significant damage. "The military infrastructure was a precise and direct target," the report stated. According to Israel's rescue service, Magen David Adom (MDA), at least 65 individuals were injured and are being treated as a result of Iran's latest attack. Israel accused Iran of targeting residential areas and damaging the Soroka hospital in Beersheba with its missile attack.
