Two Indians were killed in an extremist attack in this African country

On July 15, two Indian people were killed in a terrorist incident in Niger, west Africa.

The Indian Embassy in Niger announced on social networking site X that "two Indian nationals were killed and one Indian national was kidnapped in a terrorist attack in the Dosso region of Niger on 15 July."

The Indian Embassy also asked all Indians in Niger to be alert.

The embassy said, "The embassy is in contact with local authorities to repatriate the dead to India and ensure the safe release of the abducted national. All Indians in Niger are asked to keep careful.
