The 65 lakh voters who have been left off of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) draft list were listed by the Bihar Election Commission late on Sunday evening on its website.
The Supreme Court issued a temporary order on August 14 directing that it make public the name of 65 lakh voters who were left off of the draft list.
Each voter shall be able to search for this information using his EPIC number, according to the ruling of the bench that consists of Justices Suryakant and Joymalya Bagchi.
The commission was also instructed by the court to provide the specific reason why voter names were left out of the draft.
Aadhaar cards shall also be listed as a required document in the SIR procedure, according to an order from the Supreme Court.
