Rahul Gandhi claimed after being arrested, "The truth is that we are unable to speak. This is not a political battle. The Constitution is being defended in this battle. One man, one vote is at stake. We want a clean voter list because of this.
Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Dimple Yadav, Mahua Maji, Sanjay Raut, Randeep Surjewala, and KC Venugopal were among the many others opposition MPs that took part in the protest march.
