Workers from the Congress and BJP clashed in Patna, Bihar

Workers of the Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party gathered in meeting in Patna, the capital of Bihar.

News agency PTI reports that Patna BJP workers protested outside the Congress office over PM Modi's "insult." This led to a violent fighting between the two parties' employees.

Workers from the Congress and BJP are seen throwing sticks at one another in the footage.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was charged by the BJP on Thursday with saying "insulting statements" during a Congress gathering in Darbhanga, Bihar.

Pawan Khera, a Congress leader, told reporters, "All of these are things to divert attention." We don't talk like this or have this as a tradition. Since the BJP is unable to respond to our inquiries, they are bringing up these points. This isn't possible.
