Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme leader, sent his first video message after the United States announced a cease-fire between Iran and Israel.
Khamenei has made it clear: "If there is an attack (on Iran) then the enemy and the attacker will definitely have to pay a heavy price."
He also promised additional strikes on US outposts in the region.
Khamenei stated: "Trump talked about Iran's surrender but this is like 'small mouth big talk'."
According to the Iranian Health Ministry, Israeli attacks have killed at least 627 civilians. According to the AFP news agency, 28 people have died in Iranian assaults against Israel.
