A young man jumped over the Parliament building's wall and went inside on Friday morning.
The young person had arrived in Garuda Dwar, but CISF security guards caught him right away, according to news agency ANI.
According to police, the young person has been identified as Rama, an Uttar Pradesh native who appears to be mentally ill.
The PTI report states that the incident took place at 6:30 a.m.
There were no members present at the time because the monsoon session of Parliament had concluded.
Earlier, on December 13, 2001, militants from Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba assaulted Parliament House.
Five extremists were among the fourteen persons killed in incident.
